How to Become an Industrial Affiliate

Our basic Industrial Affiliate Program membership costs $35,000. Additional levels of affiliate membership are available at $65,000 and $100,000. View our Affiliate Program brochure to learn more about membership costs and benefits.

Membership Discounts

The research and outreach conducted by the Global Projects Center (GPC) and the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) are complementary and overlap in some areas. We have, therefore, decided that affiliates interested in joining both GPC and CIFE can do so for a total annual contribution of $50,000 ($25,000 per Center) to affiliate with both Centers. A dual affiliate will receive benefits of the $35k membership level.

Additionally, the annual affiliate membership contribution for non-profits is $17,500.

Student Internships

A core part of our mission at the GPC is helping our students find the best possible career opportunities, and we recognize that many of the best opportunities in our industry are careers with our affiliates. We work with our affiliates to facilitate intern and full time recruiting at Stanford University. GPC affiliates may provide, in addition to their membership fee, funding to place Stanford students in internship programs with their organization. As part of each internship funded in this way, students work to carry out a significant GPC research project on topics related to the financing and governance of private investment in infrastructure, exploiting their access to data and insights from their host organization and its government and industry partners. GPC accepts internship/joint research funding to support students of $25,000 per intern, per quarter, in addition to the affiliate program participation fee. Additional affiliate funding may be provided to assist students with travel to and from their internship placement.
